A native Houstonian, Andrea was raised in Venezuela and later in Boca Raton, Florida before
returning to her home town. Andrea received her Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in 2009
from the University of Texas at Austin where she devoted her free time to charitable work
abroad in Central America. While in school, Andrea clerked with the Texas Trial Lawyers
Association, an organization of Texas plaintiff’s lawyer’s whose vision is that everyone is
entitled access to our courts and no one is above accountability. Andrea is inspired by the
meaningful ways by which lawyers can impact lives and remains dedicated to a practice where
she can serve and protect consumers against injustice.
After Andrea completed her undergrad studies, she returned to Houston where she embraced
the opportunity to join a respected plaintiff’s firm as a legal assistant. Not long after, Andrea
earned her law degree from Baylor Law School in 2014. During her time at Baylor Law School,
Andrea was an active member of the pro bono litigation team and participated in the school’s
pro bono immigration clinic. Andrea has used her Spanish speaking abilities and background to
represent Spanish-speaking clients in various types of cases.
Since graduating law school, Andrea continues to fuel her passion to help others with purpose,
sincerity, and commitment. Before joining The Ammons Law Firm, Andrea gained experience in
the courtroom and has litigated 50+ personal injury and 50+ corporate taxation matters
throughout the country. Andrea specializes in products liability, vehicle defects, trucking and
auto accidents, and catastrophic injury suits. Andrea remains dedicated to a practice where she
can help others who are suffering from what is often times the most traumatic event in their
lives and believes compassion, empathy, and zealous advocacy form the basis of a successful
relationship with each and every client.
