Sydney was raised in Pasadena, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in 2004 from Stephen F. Austin State University. After graduating from college, Sydney worked for Houston’s Mayor Bill White as an executive communications specialist and special projects manager.
In 2011, Sydney earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, while working full time. Since graduating from law school, Sydney has had a vast and diverse experience in the legal field, concentrating primarily on personal injury law. She has also handled estate probates including estates with and without wills.
As a personal injury attorney, Sydney has demonstrated a remarkable ability for obtaining substantial settlements for her clients in a timely manner, often settling complex cases in a matter of months, saving her clients time and maximizing their financial gains. So far, she has recovered tens of millions in settlements for her clients on just auto defect and tire defect cases alone.
In 2014, Sydney joined the Ammons Law Firm and became a Partner in 2016 to focus her practice on products liability litigation cases and to continue to gain extensive trial experience. Sydney is committed to helping victims of catastrophic injuries and spends a significant amount of time with her clients, which result in lifelong connections.
In February 2018, Sydney became a Certified Member of the Lawyers of Distinction, which is recognized as the fastest growing community of distinguished lawyers in the United States, offering membership to only 10% of attorneys in each state.
